    Event description

What does good look like? … a workforce capability conversation

Interested in being part of a conversation to inform a Workforce Capability Framework for Queensland?

Join us to find out how a workforce capability framework can help your organisation and share your insights about the knowledge and behaviours people need to work in the sector both now and into the future.

This will be an interactive discussion unpacking what a Workforce Capability Framework is, how it can be of benefit and most importantly begin to shape and inform what a useful resource for our sector in Queensland could look like.

With a lens of curiosity and enquiry we want to explore the nature of working in the sector from your perspective to help describe core capabilities via a practical tool designed to help organisations attract, recruit and manage their staff.

“Every conversation is part of the story”

    Why come:

    • Learn what a Workforce Capability Framework is and what the research tells us.
    • Learn how to get involved in the Workforce Capability Project to  develop a framework for our sector.

Make sure your perspective is heard to help create a practical tool that can help you and your organisation day to day
