    Event description

This session will explore Written Practice which is highlighted as an important element of good practice in the Workforce Capability Framework.

The Workforce Capability Framework was launched early in 2023. Since then, many services have begun to use The Framework in lots of different ways. And in the background, WorkUP Queensland has continued to work with the sector to develop a range of supporting resources, with more underway.

In this workshop, we will explore how The Workforce Capability Framework can support good practice, diving deeper into the written practice and case noting requirements.

We will be joined by Rosie O’Malley who will share her experience and insights gained from many years of working in and supporting the sector.

We would also love to hear from you. What is your experience with the Workforce Capability Framework? Have you used the Workforce Capability Framework to embed good practices within your service?

Please come willing to share what is worked to help others in the sector.
