Event description

Join Ballardong/Whadjuk Noongar woman Dr. Marion Kickett and Writing WA CEO Will Yeoman as they discuss what makes an Aboriginal Elder in today's society. Marion and Will are currently working on a collection of Aboriginal Elders' stories collected from around Western Australia, which will be published early next year by Leschenault Press.

Marion and Will would like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which this event takes place, the Whadjuk Noongar people, and to pay their respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
