What is Appreciative Inquiry?

Come and figure out how you can engage with people looking first and foremost at their positive attributes to make everyone feel empowered. So often, when we meant to do well and have intent on communicate how we want to help, we speak to people using language that doesn't help, that will sometimes offend where we don't mean to. When we approach using the method of appreciative inquiry, we can learn how to include every and make everyone feel safe in order to achieve best outcomes.
