Join us for our June Progressive Christianity Forum, when guest speaker Tom Price asks "What might Christians learn from the Bahá'í faith?"

Tom is an Australian and American songwriter, conductor and musical director, best known for his work in choral and orchestral music.  As director of the international choir, The Voices of Bahá, over the past 25 years he has directed public concerts in many prestigious concert halls in more than 40 countries throughout the world.

Tom is a member of the Bahá'í faith. His widely noted talks on subjects ranging from ‘the harmony of science and religion’ to ‘the transformation of the world’, have been presented to diverse audiences across Europe, the USA, New Zealand and Australia.

Further information about Tom can be found at Tom Price (musician) - Wikipedia

The question "What might Christians learn from the Baha'i Faith?" may be different for Bahá'ís, who believe all the great religious traditions (certainly Christianity) are divine in origin and the source of spiritual truth. So, we have as much to learn from Christians as they might from us, and our teachings say to consort with the followers of all religions with friendship and fellowship. This presentation will give an overview of Bahá'í teaching and beliefs that would be of interest to Christians, including how they relate to Christian history and beliefs.
