You’re invited to an Afternoon Tea & Wellbeing session

Hosted by cancer advocate and columnist Karen Humphries, this FREE event brings together inspiring speakers, community connection, and practical support for anyone living with or caring for someone with cancer.

🫖 What to Expect:
• A delicious afternoon tea to purchase
• Uplifting talks from cancer survivors, carers, and wellbeing leaders
• A guided wellbeing session to help you reset and restore
• Information about local support services and community programs
• The chance to connect with others who truly understand

• Nicole Hughes – Carers Gateway Ambassador
