FAQs

  • Does my child have to be 1-2 years?

What's In The Woods? has been designed to align with the developmental changes and abilities of each age group, but this is flexible and broad.

Our wonderful gnomes would love to welcome you to whichever show works best for you and your family and make sure the whole family has a fun, relaxed and engaging experience.

  • Can older siblings come?

The performance has been created for 1-2 year olds. Older siblings are very welcome, but please note this is a space designed for infants and toddlers to safely enjoy.

  • How long is the experience?

    Approximately 45 minutes:
20 minutes of performance, 25 minutes of guided play in the space.

  • Is the space accessible?

Yes: We perform in a space that is wheelchair accessible, has baby changing facilities in the space, pram parking available and a variety of seating options for feeding and enjoying the show.

We also have a selection of carer resources to help support you in the journey of early childhood, so please ask us for more information if you need it.

  • How do I find you?

We are located at the Seven Hills Hub in Seven Hills, you can reach us easily by public transport and car.

Address: 28 Tallowwood Street, Seven Hills, 4170

    Public Transport:

  • My child is unwell! Can we come another time?

We understand that raising a child can be pretty unpredictable and that things come up all the time. You can cancel and exchange your tickets through Humanitix until the day before the performance.

  • What if my child cries?

There is nothing your child can do in the space that will put off our performer or other attendees in the space. We know that little ones can react in lots of different ways when in new environments. This is a safe and exploratory space for your little one to experience theatre for the very first time.

Please do not worry if your child sleeps, wiggles or cries during the performance or playtime, we've been there and we get it.
