Are you new to Australia or living here on a visa? Do you want to understand your legal rights and stay informed about the law?

Join our free, interactive workshop designed to empower CaLD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) communities with essential legal knowledge.

During this friendly and practical session, you’ll learn about:

  • Visas – types, conditions, and how to make sure you’re following the rules

  • Your rights in Australia – including work protections, fair pay, tenancy rights, and enrolling your children in school

  • What to do if you get into legal trouble – why early legal advice is crucial and how Legal Aid and migration lawyers can help

  • Scams and misinformation – how to recognise common scams and where to find reliable information
