Event description

The Education Equity Alliance is a not-for-profit led by educators, focused on a more equitable education system. We know that our low-SES school communities are full of leaders, teachers and support staff passionate about improving outcomes for their young people and achieving real change.

Join us for an engaging and interactive workshop to:

  • Identify (and celebrate) what's enabling positive change for your school community
  • Share practice and learn from colleagues
  • Test new tools that support improvement in complex school environments (incl. activating student and teacher agency)
  • Collaborate to identify and test shared improvement priorities for low-SES communities (for both schools and the wider system)

It's an opportunity to test and refine your school improvement priorities for 2025 and to plan for their effective implementation.

Following the workshop, participants interested in continuing the learning will have the opportunity to join a School + System Improvement Network to further this work and learning in 2025. More information on the network here.
