This year's theme for the AGM is Harm Reduction. 
Harm reduction has always been part of WHC's grassroots.
For nearly 45 years, it’s shaped how we care, connect, and advocate for others.

Business will begin at 1:00PM, followed by a presentation and moderated
Q&A from Frontline Baddies: Tracey Gaydosh.

About Tracey Gaydosh from Frontline Baddies:

Tracey Gaydosh holds a BA in Psychology with an emphasis in Developmental and Clinical psychology. She also holds a BA in Gender, Race, & Sexuality Social Justice. She has a diploma in Child Life Speciality and a master's Diploma in Psycho Social Rehabilitation.

Tracey has experience working in what is known today as Vegas, DTES, and Calgary. She has 10+ years of diverse frontline work experience including youth harm reduction, medical detox, addiction treatment, youth community reintegration from custody, domestic violence sector, and stabilization for youth. 

She has helped create multiple support services: Vice at UBC, Alberta's only Open Custody Reintegration Program, and Calgary's community based stabilization youth program. She was honoured as a Community Youth Advocate by the OCYA office in 2022 for helping youth in the justice system learn and advocate for their rights through the YCJA. She is the co-founder and CEO of Frontline Baddies which was established in 2022 to help support the mental health of Frontline workers.
