Here's access information about The Dale Studio (The Library Room)

There are no steps to enter the building and there is a lift from the ground floor to the Library Room where we will be meeting. There is larger bathroom with a short ramp to access, though it does not have handrails installed. Doorways in the venue are 73cms clearance with a swing door open, which will not be not be wide enough for all wheelchairs.
