Before you work with psychedelics, there’s one conversation worth having: what happens when the medicine meets everything else happening in your body?

Maybe you’ve been thinking about working with psychedelics for months. You’ve read the studies. You’ve talked to friends. You’ve found the ceremony, the facilitator, or the experience that feels right.

And then there’s the question you can’t quite answer:

What about my medications?

You're on an SSRI and have heard you should taper before working with psychedelics. Maybe you’re taking a GLP-1 medication and wondering whether it changes the equation. Hormones, supplements, or an over-the-counter medication are part of your daily routine and you're confused. Or maybe you’re simply wondering whether combining substances, or taking multiple psychedelics, creates risks you haven't considered.

This is where pharmacology matters.

Because “natural” doesn’t automatically mean safe. And “my friend did it” is not a medical screening.

On Oct 14th join Reveal for a live online event with Dr. Trina Nguyen, a pharmacologist who works at the intersection of pharmacology and psychedelics, for a grounded look at the questions people should be asking before they begin.

This isn't about telling you what you should or shouldn't do. It's about giving you better information so you can have a more informed conversation about your own health and make decisions with greater context.

What You’ll Learn in This 60-Minute Session

SSRIs + microdosing: What we know, what we don't, and why the answer isn't always straightforward.

GLP-1s: Understand the questions worth asking when these medications are part of your health picture.
Serotonin syndrome: What it is, when it becomes a concern, and how to think about risk.
Tapering medications: Why stopping or changing a prescription should never be a DIY strategy.
Mixing + stacking: What happens when multiple psychedelics or other substances enter the picture?

There will be time for Q&A, so you can ask your questions and get clarity in a space designed for this kind of conversation.
