When Your Body Feels Different After 40 - relaxed chat over dinner on midlife wellbeing
Description
Have you ever thought…
“I’m eating similarly… I’m moving… so why does my body feel different?”
As we move through our late-30's, 40s and beyond, many women notice shifts in weight, energy, mood, digestion, stress tolerance and overall rhythm. What once felt straightforward can start to feel more layered.
Join us for a relaxed and honest conversation over dinner with Tony from Capalaba Natural Health, where we’ll explore how different aspects of midlife can influence everyday wellbeing.
Tony will be sharing general insights around:
• Hormonal shifts in perimenopause and menopause
• The role stress and daily load can play in how the body feels
• Why weight can feel more resistant in midlife
• How digestion and gut comfort can influence overall wellbeing
• Building sustainable routines that feel realistic - not restrictive
It's a wonderful opportunity to connect with other lovely local ladies also, and there’ll be lots of time for general questions, and shared discussion in a warm, welcoming space.
Ladies of all ages and stages welcome (30's is still relevant)
New faces very welcome!
Come as you are - no pressure, no judgement
You’ll also find Capalaba Natural Health in our Little Pink Book for Mums if you’d like to learn more about the services they offer - www.socialmumsclub.com/little-pink-book

I'm confident you'll enjoy the Social Mums Club Experience.
Here's what we do to ensure you feel as comfortable as possible at Social Mums Club Events…
- We tend to keep our events small - so you don't have to walk into a big group
- We have really clear signage, and the host wears a bright pink t-shirt so you can easily spot us - you don't have to worry that you might be in the wrong place or with the wrong group
- Our events are never cliquey - the ladies at the event are usually meeting for the very first time, so you will not be the only person who doesn't know anyone
- You can come early - we know the hardest part about turning up to an event is walking in. We invite anyone who is anxious to reach out to the host and turn up 15 minutes early so you are the first one there. You can sit next to the host too.
- We ensure you feel included - another fear is that nobody will talk to you or you'll feel awkward or different. Our hosts are experts at making every attendee feel welcome and included. You will feel at ease with us.
