How would you like to sing with Fiona McDonald from Headless Chickens and Strawpeople? She’d really love to sing with you. Does she care if you can sing? Absolutely not.
You’ll sing the bangers you know and love, with all the lyrics up on the big movie screen, so no stress. This isn’t a choir. No auditions, no judging. You’ll laugh as much as you sing.
Come with a bunch of pals or come on your own—loads of people do. Kids are welcome too. Sing, laugh, go home happy.
The practical bits
Monterey Cinema, 4/2 Fencible Drive, Howick
Turn up whenever you like, there is a bar and food available. Entry to the cinema is at 6:15pm. The show starts bang on 6:30 pm and finishes at approximately 8:15 pm.
Yes you can bring you food and drinks into the venue.
There’s free parking right next door to the cinema.
Kids very welcome.
Making a noise is compulsory. Nobody cares what it sounds like.
