Finding a fully accessible night of laughter in Bristol shouldn't be as hard as finding a man in a bobble hat and stripy shirt! Welcome to Where’s Wa11y?, Bristol’s only fully accessible comedy night, dedicated to smashing barriers and spotlighting the city’s best up-and-coming disabled and neurodivergent talent.
Comedy should be for everyone, but punters and comedians with disabilities can often be left out of the vibrant Bristol comedy scene. No longer! Prepare to hear unique and hilarious perspectives from the finest disabled and neurodivergent comedians from Bristol, the South West and beyond, in a safe, welcoming and fully accessible space.

FAQs
- Wheelchair access
We have confirmed with Tobacco Factory that their venue is fully wheelchair accessible with a disabled toilet. The Snug is a function room on the ground floor, just to the right of the bar and on your right when you come in from the main entrance (the doors are not power assisted).
- Support for D/deaf and hard of hearing audience members
We will be providing automated live captions at the event. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide BSL due to cost constraints but will be aiming to run a fully signed event later in the year.
- Quiet spaces
There is no designated quiet space for the event, however the Tobacco Factory has an outdoor marquee at the back of the building that is sheltered and will be reasonably quiet at this time of year.
- Can I bring a companion?
Yes! We strongly believe that everyone should be able to attend the event, and if you require a companion to come along with you, they are more than welcome.
Companions can be provided with a free ticket alongside a full price ticket - please choose the ticket type you want then select the companion ticket option at checkout. Please ensure you select this option so we can manage the room capacity appropriately. If you have issues with this, please email booking@tomceacomedy.co.uk.
Please note, companions do not receive a drink included in their ticket.
- Can I bring a service animal?
Yes! The service animal does not need to buy a ticket!
Please be aware that the event and venue may be loud at points.
- Can I reserve a seat?
Seating is generally unreserved, however if you have a preference for a specific seat for accessibility reasons (e.g. close to the entrance or aisle), please email booking@tomceacomedy.co.uk and we will reserve a space for you.
- Ticketing accessibility issues
We know that many ticketing platforms have accessibility issues and may be difficult or impossible for some users of assistive technology to use. We have chosen Humanitix as it is the most accessible option we have found, and have tested the platform and are in dialogue with Humantix to ensure their commitment to accessibility. We are aware of some minor accessibility issues, but if you do encounter any accessibility issues during booking that prevent you from ocompleting your order, please contact booking@tomceacomedy.co.uk and we will provide assistance. We can also anonymously feed back any improvements to Humanitix.
- Any other accessibility queries
