FAQs
- What size are the stall sites and what do I need to bring?
Market stall sites are approximately 3m x 3m. Stallholders should bring their own gazebo, tables, chairs, display equipment and anything else needed for their setup. Gazebos must be safely weighted and secured.
- Is power available for stalls, food vans and activities?
At this stage, all sites should be considered unpowered. We are looking into generator options to provide power where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed yet. Please include your power requirements in your registration so we can plan accordingly.
- What do food vendors and activity providers need to provide?
Food vendors and activity providers should come prepared with the equipment needed to operate and provide details of their setup, site size, vehicle or trailer size, power needs and any special requirements when registering
- What do musicians and performers need to provide?
Musicians and performers will need to email us their technical rider / stage requirements after registering. This can include microphones, instruments, amps, DI boxes, speakers, monitors, power requirements, backing tracks, number of performers and anything else needed for the performance. If you don’t have a formal technical rider, a simple list is completely fine. Performance times will be confirmed once the entertainment schedule is finalised.

Bump-in will commence from 11:00am on the day of the event. Detailed access instructions and site allocations will be emailed closer to the event. Bump-out will commence after the event finishes at 8:00pm. Please do not pack down early or move vehicles through the event area unless approved by the event team.
- What happens after I register?
Once registrations are finalised, Which-Way Connect will contact participants with further information including site allocation, bump-in details, performance times, parking, access information and event-day instructions. Please make sure the contact details provided in your registration are correct.
