Stitch up some fun designing and making your very own treasure wallet, handbag or other vegan leather creations! In this hands-on session, kids design, cut out, punch holes and more, making their own wallet, bag, or invention! Our vegan leather once belonged to a craft market dreamer, and the paracord was once destined to be shoelaces — now those stories become part of yours - and you walk away with your very own accessory or two! This session requires a bit of concentration, scissor and hole punch use and some easy sewing. We recommend age ~ 7-12 years, but you know your kid best, if you think they may need a bit more help, please let us know.

Paper Play Party Collage, layer, and even make your own paper in this colourful cut-and-paste party. Paper lovers, rejoice! From collages and paper weaving to homemade sheets, we’ll explore textures, colours, and layers galore. All paper has been sourced sustainably from op shops and generous local crafters, as well as our own extensive stash, so we can dive into a guilt-free glue-and-scissors frenzy. Skills and output can flex to match capability in this workshop. Cutting skills ideal, but not essential. Some concentration required. Suggested ~ 6-12years. Feel free to chat if kids outside of this age group, we may be able to accommodate. Kids will take home some homemade paper + an artwork or two!

Design & Make Your Own Board Game, pieces, box and all! Invent, build, and play with rescued treasures to create your very own game! This workshop is all about playful invention. We’ll supply the weird, whacky, and wonderful bits and pieces — rescued from op shops, and crafters excess supplies across Melbourne — and your kids bring their ideas. This session will require a bit of concentration, some cutting, drawing and possibly writing skills. Ideas and inspiration will be on hand (of course) all tested and endorsed by my 6 & 11 year old kids! Which is roughly the age guide for this session too ~ 6-12years.

Pom Poms & Pipe Cleaners Galore! Build wild creatures and creations in a pom-pom & pipe cleaner powered rainbow explosion! Silly monsters, funky headbands, or completely new creatures — the sky’s the limit when pom poms and pipe cleaners collide. Our stash comes from avid Melbourne crafters (plus a tiny top-up to guarantee rainbow vibes). With lots of inspiration supplied, kids will be able to choose the direction they take, or come up with their own creation! This workshop can flex for skills and ages. Suggested ~ 6 - 12 years.
