Women's Health In the North 2026 Annual General Meeting
Description
You are invited to join us for WHIN’s 2026 Annual General Meeting on Thursday 26 November.
This year’s AGM is an opportunity to reflect on a year of learning, impact and achievement, connect with our community, and look ahead to the next chapter of WHIN’s work.
We are delighted that the Hon Ged Kearney MP, Member for Cooper, Assistant Minister for the Prevention of Family Violence and Assistant Minister for Social Services, will deliver our opening address.
Importantly, we will also launch WHIN’s new Strategic Plan 2026-2030 and refreshed brand, marking an exciting next chapter for WHIN. Our new Strategic Plan sets out our priorities and ambitions for the next four years and our continued commitment to advancing gender equality, improving health, safety and wellbeing, preventing gender-based violence, and strengthening the systems and partnerships that support victim survivors across Melbourne’s north.
Formal proceedings will include:
Welcome from our Board Chair, Cirila (Lilac) Limpangog
Opening address by the Hon Ged Kearney MP
Presentation of the 2025-2026 Annual Report and financial statements
Appointment of Board members
Presentation by WHIN's sexual and reproductive health team on our work in reproductive choice, abortion access and bodily autonomy
Launch of WHIN’s Strategic Plan 2026–2030 and refreshed brand
