Australia’s most anticipated whisky celebration returns! Whisky & Dreams 2025 brings together whisky lovers, curious newcomers, and distillers for an immersive day of tasting, storytelling, and celebration — with a unique focus this year:

A brand new venue for 2025.

Set within the iconic The Terminus Hotel in Fitzroy North, a venue that has been a cornerstone of the community for over 150 years . This historic pub masterfully blends tradition with modern comforts, featuring a sprawling beer garden, cosy craft beer bars, on-street dining, and a contemporary restaurant. The Terminus is renowned for its warm hospitality, award-winning beer selection, and versatile function spaces, making it the perfect backdrop for an event dedicated to the art of whisky.


Whisky & Dreams is more than just a tasting event – it’s a celebration of flavour, craftsmanship, and the people behind every bottle.

🌟 VIP EXPERIENCE: $250 + booking fee.

Inclusions:

• A 4 course chef’s selection meal in the private dining room at Cinder.

• Each course paired with an exclusive VIP-only whisky not available to general admission ticket holders

• Access to the private dining room throughout your session

• Access to the Whisky & Dreams tasting area between courses

• 3 hours of unlimited whisky tastings

• 1 x Crystal Spiegelau Whisky Glass
