Description

Join us for an important online conversation on technology-facilitated abuse, presented by Claire Hurst, Director of White Ribbon Australia, alongside Stephen Wilson, CEO of Protective Group and Jenny Moore, Technology Strategist at Microsoft.

This session will explore how everyday technology can be misused to monitor, control and intimidate, and why technology-facilitated abuse is an increasingly important part of the conversation around family, domestic and sexual violence. Through expert insights and real-life examples, the event will unpack how monitoring can occur across devices, accounts and digital platforms, and what practical steps people can take to strengthen safety, respond early and seek support.

Together, this session will offer practical knowledge, expert perspectives and useful tools for individuals, workplaces and communities looking to better understand and respond to technology-facilitated abuse.
