Presented by Gregg Dreise

This event is a must for teachers, librarians and parents looking for practical advice that can be implemented either in the classroom or at home, to help students develop their literacy skills.

Teacher, author, illustrator, poet, and performer; Gregg Dreise uses music and laughter to take audiences on a story telling journey. As a descendant of the Kamilaroi and Euahlayi people of south-west Queensland and north-west New South Wales, his storytelling addresses self-image, friendship, kindness, bullying and indigenous culture.

This Educators Forum is designed to help teachers gain confidence in using a variety of books to maintain inclusive reading practices for all classrooms. This workshop will help professional educators soar with confidence in cultural protocols and language.

Join us for what will certainly be an entertaining and educational Forum.

All educators will Earn Professional Development points (Certificates will be issued at the event.)

A special thanks to the Australian Literacy Educators’ Association for their support of this event.
