Who am I really?

We’re bombarded with images. We’re instructed our whole lives! We’re enmeshed in our culture. So, who am I? Am I the images that surround me daily? Am I, my culture? Am I lost?

Join me, Helen Nandlal, at my studio in the Perth Hills for a dive into the question: "Who am I?" Over two hours you'll have the opportunity to begin to explore your inner self - and get an idea of what that inner self might look like.

We'll have fun and might get messy, so wear comfortable clothes.

How can discovering my inner self help me?

Awareness can be a catalyst for both self acceptance and for change.

What you can expect

Safe, quiet, judgement-free surroundings.

All art materials are provided.

Comfortable surroundings.

Tea, coffee, and GF biscuits.

You can expect to learn at least one technique which will assist you to grow your awareness of your inner self in your life.

A group setting where you can share as much or as little as you like.

But I’m not an artist!

Neither am I! You don’t need to be. Arts therapy uses the arts to help you get out  of your head and into your body. You make meaning via the artwork you create. You can see the meaning and that’s what is important. The ‘quality’ of the artwork is irrelevant.
