Matt Pritchard, Head of Public Affairs at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, will unpack the key highlights from the latest Gender Diversity Snapshot; where we’re seeing real progress, where momentum is slowing, and what the data tells us about the next phase of change. Dr Niki Vincent, Commissioner for Gender Equality in the Public Sector, will broaden the conversation with insights from the public sector, exploring the challenges that remain and what we can learn about women’s progression into positions of influence and leadership. The conversation will be moderated by Micaela Drieberg, CEO of Gender Equity Victoria, and Khayshie Tilak Ramesh, Deputy Chair of Gender Equity Victoria, Non-Executive Director of YWCA Australia, Advisory Board member to the Australian Multicultural Women’s Alliance and former Multicultural Youth Commissioner of Victoria.

Dr Niki Vincent, Public Sector Gender Equality Commissioner
Dr Niki Vincent is Victoria’s inaugural Public Sector Gender Equality Commissioner, leading implementation of Australia’s first Gender Equality Act across more than 300 public sector organisations. Her career spans government, academia, business and the community sector, including serving as South Australia’s Commissioner for Equal Opportunity. After overcoming significant early life challenges, she earned First Class Honours in Psychology and a PhD, receiving a University Medal for both. She is also a Harvard Kennedy School graduate, accredited mediator and Adjunct Associate Professor. Niki is recognised for advancing leadership, workplace culture and gender equality through evidence-based reform, and an engaging and thought-provoking speaker.
Matt Pritchard, Head of Public Affairs, AICD
Matt Pritchard is the Head of Public Affairs for the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has over 20 years’ experience across communications, Government Relations, media relations and Public Affairs. Matt is a trusted advisor to CEOs and Boards with a career spanning financial services, charities and industry associations. Matt has been responsible for leading AICD’s Board diversity strategy almost 10 years.
