Event description

A WFPB diet has shown to be the healthiest diet according to the science. Research has shown that the closer one gets to a well planned wfpb diet, the better the health outcomes. This cooking class is the last in a series of four classes and will feature one of the yummiest curries, a Thai Green Curry, not too spicy if you don't like it hot.. but full of flavour. You will love the beautiful fresh flavours and the smooth creamy sauce.  But this can be served a number of ways and we will show you how to be creative with it. For dessert we are making mango and banana ice cream.  You wont believe how healthy, delicious, quick and easy these recipes are.
