With a whole foods plant based diet there is plenty of evidence to show that you can prevent and even reverse some of our biggest killers in our Western World like heart disease and cancer.  But let it be known that eating healthy does not need to be boring and tasteless.  Anita shows you that you need never miss out on flavour with a whole foods plant based diet.  Also, it need not be complicated or labor intensive.  Anita's goal is to show that cooking can be quick and easy as well as being delicious and healthy. This cooking workshop will show you how to make an African Peanut Stew, bursting with flavour.  This dish can be served in a number of ways so if you make too much, you can freeze it and make a different meal with it.  We will also show you how to make your own yoghurt and ways to use your yoghurt. Also, we make a very simple stewed fruit compote.  This is also great to combine with the yoghurt.  Don't miss out on securing your place in this cooking workshop.
