Event description

This is the second in a series of four cooking workshops in which you can do one or two or all four.  If you do all four, you will receive $40 cashback and a cookbook.  The benefits of a well planned whole foods plant based diet include improved mood and energy, improved gut health, improved BMI, improved reproductive health and improved sports performance.  Anita will show you how to incorporate a whole foods plant based diet into your life with some tried and tested favourites that your family will love. All Anitas recipes are easy, quick, delicious and of course super healthy.  This month you will learn how to make a cauliflower alfredo penne with fresh asparagus and leek.  This versatile dish can be used in a number of ways so that you batch cook and keep some in the freezer.  For dessert you will learn how to make a Sweet Potato Chocolate Mousse very quickly.  No one will know that its healthy either as its so decadent!
