Event description

WHOLISTIC BIRTHING, made simple:
Creating new life is arguably the most powerful adventure we ever experience. Increasingly now, parents-to-be are looking beyond the pharmaceutical medical system and wanting to navigate a birthing process where they feel that they are informed and empowered to choose options that align with their desired outcomes - mind, body and spirit.

The WHOLISTIC BIRTHING, made simple course is designed to give an overview of multiple strategies for you to prepare for birth, to enjoy a safe, easy, uncomplicated delivery and to provide options for post-birth recovery and support for the growth of a healthy bub.

This course is for women who are contemplating pregnancy in future, who are going to be in a supportive role during a pregnancy and birth or who are, themselves, already pregnant and wanting to explore options for the entire process of fully aware and natural birthing.

Single adult, couple, or family ticket bundles available. We do not want you to miss out if finances are an issue, as such please reach out to Katrina (co-host) for option of sliding scale ticket purchase if needing.

Saturday 3 May, 10am-2pm, please arrive at 930am for 10am start as doors will close at 10am.

Address: 20-22 Kincumber St, Kincumber, Kincumber & District Neighbourhood Centre, (opposite Kincumber High School). Please note we will be gathering in the large Workshop Room in Building no.1 which is the first building on right closest to Kincumber Street, car parking places available on site.

Participants to bring their own lunch for the day.

This will be a 4hr intensive session with time allocated afterwards for further conversations, questions and connection. This is a workshop designed for education, connection and wholesome goodness, as such we have a lot of content to cover during the 4hrs. We are able to stay in the Workshop Room until 3pm to allow for further questions, mingling and conversations.

Please note: this is a workshop for Mums, Dads and birth partners with extended family members welcome. We ask that you kindly leave kids and babies at home for this one to enhance focus and connection within the group. Thank you for your understanding on this.

We will provide teas, gluten free muffins, seasonal citrus and have allocated time for a 30min lunch break. There are shops nearby and the facility has fridges and gas hobs available in kitchen if needing to reheat your lunch.
