Hey party people, we're back with more Whoopee magic for you! Come celebrate with us July 27th at The Convent Detroit! What are we celebrating? LIFE! ART! CONNECTION! 🥂

We welcome you to the Whoopee Club, Social, where art and celebration collide! We are thrilled to present an unforgettable and unique evening of immersive entertainment, visual art, live jazz and performance art!

The Whoopee Club will once again transform The Convent into an immersive whimsical wonderland, hosting our sensational cabaret featuring live jazz by The Whoopee Cushions led by Kasan Belgrave while the charming Charlie Champagne croons to the tunes and hosts the evening. Get ready to be spellbound by the sultry burlesque performances of the world-renowned Queen of Burlesque, Roxi D'Lite, alongside the mesmerizing talents of our featured guest variety performer, Eric Scott Baker! ✨

The Whoopee Club Social is not just a Cabaret, it's also an art show. As you stroll through The Gallery Bar, and immerse yourself in the captivating world of our featured artist Pauly M. Everett. Flint born and Michigan bred, Pauly is currently focusing on large scale mixed media paintings and mural works, experimenting with a bright palette & deep subject matter while mixing all mediums at hand to convey rhythm, harmony, and emotion. Producing artwork daily allows Everett to use the arts as a source of visual communication, expression and therapy. In his efforts to share an inclusive experience with his community, he engages others, regularly collaborating with fellow artists in the greater Michigan region and throughout the globe. Pauly will have new works on display and available for purchase.

As you marvel at the art in the Gallery enjoy unlimited complimentary refreshments expertly crafted by mixologist Shane Bang, while our interactive models Noelle Nurmi and Erika Simone keep the fun going, these stunners are living art!

VIP tickets include a guaranteed seat in the cabaret, special perks during the show and a special surprise gift handmade by Charlie Champagne himself. General admission also includes refreshments however is standing room only in the cabaret. Don't worry there are plenty of places to sit and mingle throughout the event.

The Whoopee Club Cabaret and Event's was passionatley created by lovers Roxi D'Lite and Charlie Champagne. On a magical New Year's Night in 2019 as the champagne flowed and the confetti fluttered, how, they wondered, could they bring this feeling of love and carefree silliness they felt with each other to the rest of the world? It started as a concept for a cabaret show, transcending the boundaries of traditional theater, and fusing the rich tapestry of vaudeville’s cultural history with vivacity, humor and live jazz music. The Whoopee Club has since grown organically, becoming an event planning company that brings the whimsical atmosphere of Whoopee in person to people's special moments in life.

The Whoopee Club's artistic vision is rooted in the belief that theater and interactive environments combined with the energy of community have the transformative power to transcend time and transport people into another world. This production is not merely a spectacle; it's a cultural hullabaloo that seeks to foster community, celebration, intersectionality and self expression to its audience. We believe that celebration belongs to everyone, and every day is worth celebrating, what more of an excuse do we need to have a party?

The Whoopee Club seeks to provide our audience and clients with a live variety cabaret and private event production that is unparalleled in the metro Detroit area, elevating expectations for entertainment as well as creating a space for the community as a whole to gather in playful celebration and connection in an environment of inclusivity and self expression through the lense of interactive art.
