Wheelers Hill 2024 Year 11 Formal

The Wheelers Hill Campus Year 11 Formal is being held on Friday 23August 2024 at Merrimu Receptions from 7:00pm to 11:00pm.

Tickets are $145 per person.  Please complete your bookings/purchasing of tickets by Monday 22 July, 2024. Table/seating arrangements are booked at the time of ticket purchase. 

Once you have selected your tickets, you will then be able to choose your table and seats. In this window, there is a search function that allows you to look up your friends.  This will show you which table they have booked and allow you to choose any available seats at that table.

Each table can have a total of 11 guests. Start a table and let your friends know which table number you have booked, they can also look up your name to determine the table you are seated at.  

By purchasing a ticket to the Year 11 Formal, parents, guardians and caregivers are consenting to their child attending. Students and their parents/guardians/caregivers acknowledge that they agree to abide by the CGS Wheelers Hill Year 11 Code of Conduct. Please take some time to read this document which is located HERE.  Students and their families are responsible for ensuring partners also read and abide by this Code of Conduct.
