Please join us for the Year 10 production of Oscar Wilde’s The Importance of Being Earnest (abridged by Gabrielle Raz-Liebman).Â
Step into a Victorian world where appearances are deceiving, secrets abound, and wit is the dominant currency. Follow Jack and Algernon in this comedy of manners as the two friends attempt to escape the burdens of social obligation through invented identities — leading to a series of farcical misunderstandings and the sacrifice of a not-insignificant amount of cucumber sandwiches.

Dates:Â Thursday 14 and Friday 15 November
Venue:Â Black Theatre
