JOIN us for a celebration of local Independent Documentary video production house - Why Documentaries. Started in the Year 2000 by Founder Sandra Pires, the local video production house has produced local stories of international significance including worker's rights, political history and community minded projects with local, national and international partners.

1pm - Entry by Pay what you Like showing of Beneath Black Skies - a documentary about the coal mining history in Wollongong including the Bulli and Mt Kembla Disaster.
2.40pm Q and A with Director James Stewart Keane - Sherbrooke Downs and showing of 8 minute trailer of a new film in production/ Screen Illawarra
3pm Drinks in the Foyer and Celebration of Why Documentaries
