Why measure outcomes in private practice?

As therapists in private practice, we know the value of our work. We see it every day in our relationships with our clients. We see it in each creative expression our clients share. We see it in the goals our clients meet, big and small. But how do we measure it? And why should we? Join us for this short but experiential online CPD to explore the importance of measuring outcomes in private practice and the different ways we can do this that not only retain but improve the integrity and client-focused of our work.

Please note this CPD is run by dramatherapists, but is open and relevant to all therapists in private practice.

BADth CPD Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking Fees To ensure 100% of your ticket price supports our professional CPD programmes, a small booking fee is added at the checkout. Please note that this fee is non-refundable as it is a direct charitable contribution processed at the time of purchase.

2. Cancellations (14+ Days Notice) If you cancel your registration 14 days or more before the event date, you will receive a 100% refund of the ticket price (excluding the booking fee).

3. Cancellations (Less than 14 Days Notice) If you cancel within 14 days of the event, no monetary refunds will be issued. However, you have two flexible options:

• Transfer to a Colleague: You may transfer your ticket to another person at no extra cost.

• Credit for Future CPD: You may transfer your booking to another BADth CPD session of equal value (to be used within 6 months).

Important: To take advantage of a transfer or credit, you must contact BADth at amind@badth.org.uk at least 7 days before the event.

4. Late Cancellations (Less than 7 Days Notice) Due to fixed costs related to speaker fees and administration, any cancellations or transfer requests made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.

5. Event Cancellation by BADth If BADth cancels an event (e.g., due to low enrolment or speaker illness), delegates will receive a 100% refund of the ticket price (excluding the booking fee).
