Description

Marri Reserve is a much loved, biodiverse pocket of bush in the heart of Dunsborough. In 2025, a ferocious fire swept through the Reserve and threatened nearby homes.

The recovery in Marri Reserve since the wildfire has been remarkable. Botanist and ecologist Kelly Paterson from the Friends of Marri Reserve will deliver an update on regeneration in the Reserve, and share her concerns about the ongoing impact of the fire on the Reserve's flora and fauna.

Join the Friends of Meelup Inc. for our last Sundowner in 2026. All proceeds support the work of our dedicated volunteers in Meelup Regional Park and the surrounding area.
