WiBRD MasterClass with Tracy Sheen from The Digital Guide, Why you need a Digital Strategy to survive and thrive

As business owners we have a business plan and a marketing plan, yet we’ve not paid a lot of attention to having a digital plan.

The result is an ad hoc approach to technology which resembles more a patch work quilt than a strategy.

Technology isn’t going anywhere, in fact the speed and advancements are only increasing. Understanding your big picture will help you to identify weak spots and areas of opportunity, allowing you to plug them in a systematic way.

If we want to thrive in a post pandemic economy it’s time we become starter about embracing and leveraging technology. In this masterclass you will:

Learn what is needed to put a digital strategy in place

Walk away with the tools to create a simple strategy that will allow you to prioritise and implement in an easy and systematic way.
