The Marcus Performing Arts Center touch tour is an immersive experience providing an up-close interaction. During these tours, you will have the opportunity to meet with technical theatre crew members who share their creative process and artistic vision for the sets, props, costumes, sound design, and orchestra while also allowing attendees to engage with items through tactile exploration.

The touch tour is held prior to the featured show, providing context to patrons so to more enjoy the actual performance. This experience is an opportunity that can be coupled with audio description, a narration that enables audience members to hear descriptions of actions, costumes, scenery, and other aspects of the production not usually conveyed by voices from the stage. the Marcus Performing Arts Center work to support patrons who have accessibility needs in the opportunity of enjoying performances in an entirely new way.
