WICKED WORDS and Reboot Closing Party
Event description
Come along on Saturday, April 19th at 7 PM to hear WICKED REBOOT models share their wicked stories tall and true, flirty and dirty.
Take one last look at the photos recreated by Tiger and Jamie in honour of the images originally published in Wicked Women magazine from 1988 - 1996.
Then at 9 PM join us on the dance floor with fabulous DJ Linx on the decks. Bar open with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
The Wicked Reboot exhibition is a project designed to re/connect dykes and trans folk with our very queer history. Recreated images provide a mirror that reflects the dyke & trans gaze. We can see how times have changed and what lingers through the generations in photos that offer the timeless queer aesthetic we recognize and love.
Tickets to WICKED WORDS are strictly limited and come with a pass to the closing party.
Closing party tickets provide access to the party ONLY starting at 9 PM!
