Join Tim Greaves (11 Acre Farm) - chef, forager & fervent-fermentalist, as he guides you through the process of utilising preservation & fermentation to create artisan gifts using wild plants, seasonal produce, and ancient techniques.

This fun and informative workshop will inspire you to reduce waste and use the seasons best to create delicious personalised gifts - perfect for the festive season.

In this 1 hour workshop, learn to:

• Understand the fundamentals of preservation & fermentation in food & beverage preparation

• Create probiotic beverages, including wild starters, botanical shrubs, and alternative cocktails

• Craft custom seasonings and salt rubs using native, wild, and locally foraged aromatics
