This space is to help you remember
Join me for an embodiment & empowerment full moon journey.
There will be movement, dance, wild expression, breath work and space deeply held so that you can let go. Embrace your wildness, your freedom to move & express.

PLEASE NOTE |This event will be held on the beach (weather permitting). Please be prepared to bring a yoga mat or similar to lie on, a blanket to stay warm and a cushion for your head if needed. Back up venue: Boneo, Mornington Peninsula, VIC

About your host: Hi I'm Kat, a Mastery Method Life Coach trained to coach on five different levels: somatic, emotional, mindset, behavioural and unconscious. I'm passionate about working with people to teach them deep transformational tools that help shift from stuck to free. I believe that this work has a ripple effect on clients worlds, our community and our universe and I want as many people as possible to be living their best life. I also LOVE spreading good vibes.
