To reconnect with our wild instincts, our intuition, our capacity to know and sense from a deeper source. To make friends with the intelligence that stirs under our skin, that breathes, that feels, that longs for something more true.
To be wise, to awaken the compassionate one that lives in us all, and our capacity to be the quiet, still centre when storms rage.
To remember our interconnectedness, our relationship to life, to the more-than-human world, to our kin.
Through the Conscious Movement practices of Open Floor and Dancing Freedom you are invited to awaken your sensate experience, partner with the elements, build emotional intelligence, sharpen your relational skills and discover how to move from stuckness to freedom, and from habit to creative possibility.

FRIDAY NIGHT ONLY $30/$35/$40
Friday evening 7pm - 9.30pm
Saturday 10am - 5pm
Sunday 10am - 4pm
Workshop includes all 3 sessions - Friday night is an open to the public session, and is the first session of the workshop.
NB. Please bring your own lunch and snacks, tea provided. Please also bring a notebook, yoga mat, cushion and blanket.

About Caitlin Wood
Caitlin Wood is an artist, dancer, singer, creative therapist and ceremony leader.
Over the past 12 years, she has inspired and supported many people to live more soulful, connected lives through the practices of Dancing Freedom & Open Floor. Caitlin is a well known, loved and respected leader within the Sydney Conscious Dance community and lead teacher trainer and co-director of Dancing Freedom International.
She offers classes, workshops and events both around Australia & internationally.
