Wild Botany

What is it about Australian botanicals that gets us so excited? Is it the nostalgia of walking through the bush, a lemonade icy pole in summer, or perhaps it's the sensation of finger lime caviar popping in your mouth?

Whatever it is, you should be joining us on Sunday 24th July for "Wild Botany."

The afternoon will kick off with a drink and canapé on arrival before being joined by Tim Hoskins, a good friend of Wild and the Distillery Manager of Archie Rose. As one of the country's leading distillers, Tim will share his story, the ethos behind Archie Rose, their passion for working with amazing Australian producers (a passion we also share here at Wild) and his pearls of wisdom around all things botanicals.

Your knowledge and appreciation of spirits will undoubtedly blossom as Tim guides us through tasting the Harvest Series of uniquely Australian gins with a twist, paired with tapas from chef Paula Galvez and the Wild kitchen team. You’ll then have the opportunity to explore the botanicals used and nerd out with Tim about distillation.

The Wild team will then serve the main feast, paired with a cocktail by our bar manager Elise Godwin, while our house jazz band serenades you into the afternoon. Finally, we will finish the afternoon with a special dessert drink to wash down the day while relaxing to the sounds of the sax and double bass.

This one is sure to be an absolute cracker, so make sure you get involved as tickets are super limited for this event.
