For those who do a familiar style of breathwork, the potent energies of multi layers that move you to your body landscapes to re discover ways to meet yourself.

Ceremonial intentions will change depending on the moon and group intentions where I will lead with a shamanic journey into with Shamanic Breath the circular technique that will transport you deep and quickly to relieve what is being shown to you in stresses in your body to see the past trauma with space to let go of the related unprocessed emotions. Always guided by what is alive and current for you until navigated through your honest expressions.

An integration with sound healing as you are gently guided into Shakti Breath, the tantric technique that spirals you in towards the energetic womb and heart space, nourishing the seeds of your gifts that comes from the spaces following circular breathing. This breath is rich in its base of earthy motherly soil inside and I personally transition more deeper after shamanic breath into this space. You explore a sanctuary of safeness of what you are creating in your life.

The ending of shakti breath into Ecstatic breath is a delicious experience where the body is fully ready and open for the the longer fuller controlled pranayama methods - that will have you exhilarated in connection to a inner-dance of breath-liberation. You feel your power, it is clear, and sculpts itself in your expression.

You will be supported hands on bodywork + guidance to have a good understanding of the gifts in each breath style, to feel the differences in your bodies energetic, physical and emotional sublimations. This whole journey illuminates your taste into your wholeness. Tuesday evenings take out the hump day of the week and have you focussed and set for the week ahead

Advanced Kundalini Bodywork + De-armouring with shadow work, non-dual psychology, polarity framework, tantra in supporting transforming trauma. Trained in working to clear the path to facilitate Kundalini Energy Activations from cleared trauma and support the healthy liberation of ones kundalini to rise.
