Wild Earth Sunset Slice Community Run plus UTK Film!
Event description
Join us for an exclusive evening of trail running at Wild Earth Burleigh Heads! This fun community event includes a shop run with two pace groups, so everyone can run at their own speed.
We’ll also be premiering Buha and the Boys, a film by Paul Manning that follows 7 Wild Earth staff members as they take on one of Australia’s most difficult ultra runs — Ultra Trail Kosci. Watch as Brody Clarke, Adam Inglis, Buha Bali, Adam Andre, Nikolai Holmoy, Eli Tuesday, and Sam Schooley push their limits in this inspiring mountain challenge.
Before the screening, join us for a Q&A session with filmmaker Paul Manning and several of the runners, as they share behind-the-scenes stories, training insights, and what it takes to conquer Kosci.

🏃 5:15 PM – Run begins (5–12km with two pace groups)
🎬 From 6:00pm – Pizza, drinks, Q+A and the film screening
🎟️ Tickets are just $5, with all proceeds going to Rainforest Rescue to support the restoration of rainforests in Northern Queensland.
