Wild Fig Service Alliance - Education: A New Horizon in Learning with Phil O’Regan

Education – A New Horizon in Learning

With Phil O’Regan

Join us for our next Wild Fig breakfast as we welcome Phil O’Regan, Headmaster of Central Coast Grammar School, for an insightful discussion on how education is evolving to meet the demands of a rapidly changing world.

In this session, Phil will explore how schools are responding to a new era of information creation, distribution and technology, while remaining focused on the fundamentals — equipping young people with the skills, competencies and character needed to thrive both in and beyond the classroom.

Phil will also share insights into how changing tertiary pathways, workforce demands, global opportunities and shifting education models are influencing the way schools prepare students for study, work and life.

With more than 27 years of experience across leading independent schools, Phil brings a wealth of knowledge in leadership, student wellbeing and innovation in education. His passion for developing inclusive communities and inspiring young people to realise their potential makes this a session that will resonate not only with parents and educators, but with anyone interested in leadership, workforce development and the future of our community.

We look forward to seeing you there for what promises to be a thought-provoking and highly relevant discussion.
