Event description

What happens when a region's housing no longer meets the needs of its people?

The Central Coast is facing a growing housing crisis - with over 20,000 households in housing stress, a shortage of affordable rentals, and homelessness rising by 60% in the past year. As traditional housing dominates and low-cost options decline, the most vulnerable are being squeezed out.

As CEO of Pacific Link Housing, lan Lynch leads the region's only locally based Tier 1 Community Housing Provider. With more than 1,400 properties under management and a strong advocacy presence, lan is deeply engaged in addressing the challenges across the housing system.

In this session, lan will unpack what's driving the crisis, where the key gaps are, and how organisations like Pacific Link - and their social enterprise Key2 Realty - are working to deliver solutions. He'll also explore what businesses and communities can do to support a more sustainable housing future.

If you're a business owner, property professional, community leader or simply someone who cares about where the Central Coast is heading, this is a session not to miss.
