Jim Eve has spent decades leading and mentoring businesses across Australia and Asia, from his time as General Manager of Masterfoods (now Mars Food) to his role as Chairman of Brown Brothers Wines. Today, he serves as a Non-Executive Director of Fairhaven Services — the largest employer of people with disability on the Central Coast.

With deep experience across the private, industry and not-for-profit sectors, Jim brings a strategic lens to leadership, grounded in real-world results and a passion for developing others.

In this session, Jim will share insights into Fairhaven’s journey — where it began, where it stands today, and what the road ahead looks like.
