Join this transformative journey, deepening the mother-daughter bond while celebrating growth, emotional wellness, and mental health. Start with light refreshments and a ‘put your phone to rest ceremony’.  Ground your mind and body through mediation and yoga.  Connect with nature and horses in interactive activities, while learning new skills.  Enjoy a nourishing lunch, foster conversation, and relaxation.

Set amidst the serene beauty of First Nature Ranch, this retreat is guided by three dedicated facilitators who pour passionately into the wellbeing of those they serve. You can expect to experience a shared sense of community, peace, and connection with your daughter.

Kerul Kassel |PhD, Master Certified Coach|Dr. Kassel has two and a half decades of leadership coaching and transformative facilitation experience, with multiple advanced coaching credentials from the International Coach Federation and the International Association of Coaching. She has been quoted in TIME magazine, Real Simple, the Chicago Tribune, and elsewhere. Dr. Kassel received a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University and is the author of several books. As founder and President at First Nature Ranch her horses are her leadership gurus, always teaching her leadership and life lessons that she shares with her play shop participants. 

Kelly Daubach| Registered Dietitian | Certified Professional Coach | Reiki 1 Practitioner| Passionate about family sustainability, emotional healing, functional nutrition, and nature.  Dedicated to helping others find joy, through growth and introspection, Kelly co-creates well-being events in Central Florida and facilitates retreats globally.
