Event description

Our training techniques are ‘force free’, based on the ethos of positive reinforcement. We do not use aversive corrections of any kind. This course takes place outdoors with a maximum of 8 dogs per class and three qualified trainers.

Over 8 weeks we will cover;

• Building trust in the handler.

• Reforming the handler & dog bond.

• Introduction to canine body language.

• Teaching handlers to keep their dogs safe.

• Training foundation behaviours.

• Spotting potential trouble & how to avoid emergencies.
