Travel instructions
There is no public transport to Wild Mountains. From Beaudesert, drive towards Rathdowney. After 24.4km, turn left onto Innisplain Road (becomes Lions Road), merge with Running Creek Road. After 10km, turn right onto Tartar Creek Road (dirt). Turn left onto Philp Mountain Road after 3.3km. Drive carefully for 2.4km until signposted parking area at "Middle Quarry". A 4WD shuttle service will take visitors to the start of the tour at Whiptail Strawbale House.

Volunteers and signage will guide visitors on the day.
After entry instructions
Park at Middle Quarry and wait for a 4WD shuttle or continue on to Geordie's parking area as guided by volunteers.
Hazards
The mountain site has many natural features - uneven ground, steep slopes, dirt paths and roads. A person with a disability will require an assistant to explore rougher terrain beyond the accessible buildings of Geordies and the Main Hall. Contact the organisers to discuss your needs.
