Wild Moves - Sensual Embodied Dance for ALL bodies

INNER MOVES is a 3 hour facilitated dance experience. A space for you to dive deep into your own dance, and to meet others in theirs.   

This is a workshop style experience, designed to cultivate inner awareness, as well as provide a space to explore the relational dynamics of self expression, through embodied movement.

We, your hosts, Christine Clegg and Carl Broman, will guide you through a Chi Gong warm up, a Sensual Dance Exploration, Group embodiment and Relational practices, Free Dance, and complete with a relaxation process to integrate the whole experience.

Carl has been a student of diverse inner, movement and sound arts for over 20 years. After exploring and training in a range of modalities and ancient lineages from around the globe, he shares the deep healing benefits of these practices to empower everyone’s own health, joy and wellbeing.
