Join me for an exciting school holiday workshop where your child will embark on a sensory journey of self-discovery while freely expressing their inner wild, in a supportive and joyful space.

Through gently guided body scanning, rhythmic breathing exercises, playful vocal sounds, animal-style yoga poses & intuitive movement, children will be invited to tune into their body's signals and express their true selves. It is an invitation for them to bring sound, rhythm, and movement from their deepest creative intelligence.

WILD PLAY is a fun and enriching experience that helps children grow in sensory awareness, creative expression, and a deeper connection to themselves, all while having a wild time!

Suitable for 5yrs-10yrs. Parents do not need to stay at the workshop however, you are more than welcome.

Children will need to bring:

comfortable clothing, suitable for dynamic movement
water bottle
nourishing snack for morning tea
